NORTH AMERICA

The first nine dates of this tour was in support of Courtney Love's Hole on their Beautiful Monsters Tour. Following a very public trade of insults by each band, Hole pulled out citing (Mansonwiki) 'Hole vocalist Courtney Love could no longer take the nightly exchange of insults between herself and Manson during their respective sets and decided to drop off from the tour'.

Following the withdrawal of Hole the band embarked on their own tour, naming it 'Rock Is Dead' which caused a stir as a Korn/Rob Zombie tour was already in full flow under the same name (Mansonwiki).
