BIOGRAPHY
Olivia Newton Bundy was the first bassist in Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids. He is often credited as a founding member of the band.
His stage name, in keeping with the starlet/serial killer theme, came from the amalgamation of Australian actress and singer Olivia Newton John (best known for her role in the movie Grease, as sweet girl Sandra Dee) and infamous killer, the all American Ted Bundy.
Bundy's tenure in the band lasted a year, and in 1990 he was replaced by Gidget Gein (Brad Stewart).
Bundy formed Collapsing L.U.N.G.S. The L.U.N.G.S. are seen as the forerunners for Linkin' Park. Their metal/hip hip/industrial style saw them as Florida favourites and in 1994 signed to Atlantic Records with their EP "Colorblind".
Not long after Tutunick left the band and formed his own offshoot L.U.N.G.S (Losers Usually Never Get Signed) and in 1995 released the full length Better Class of Losers on Pavement/Zoo/BMG records..
In 1996 Bundy again formed a new band, this time Nation of Fear with DJ Grynch. Their first release was for now defunct radio station 9.49 WZTA and they followed this with their self titled album, released on DiMar Records.
Nation of Fear toured with The Genitorturers , bringing their own brand of stage antics, such as bondage, S&M and pyrotechnics. Although their second album was well received, by 2000 the band had split up.
In 2000 Bundy contributed the Marilyn Manson unauthorised documentary "Demystifying the Devil" directed and produced by former Collapsing L.U.N.G.S bandmate Chris Nicholas (keyboards).
Dec. 26, 2004, saw the band Collapsing L.U.N.G.S reunite after nearly a decade for a one night engagement at the Culture Room in Fort Lauderdale.
Brian can now be seen on a weekly music TV show called "Feedback".
